Is he good enough for a test spot? We all know what he can do given half an inch of space, about his super side step that mesmerises all and his electric pace. But, he's lost the ball in contact a fair bit, give him no space and he's not that super and what about his defense?

Is he good enough?

After a full game today though who knows, apparently not even The Enigma Machine could fathom out Sir Clive.

I am STILL unsure, sorry. I know he set the park on fire today, but he was playing no-one. Although he DID do similar against the AB's in Autumn last year. So who knows. I would play him on the weekend, but then again I wouldn't have taken him in the first place probably so I am not really in a position to ask.

Who is?

I dont think there are many better players to exploit a small gap in world rugby than Shane.

and what about his defense?

In regards to his defence, No not brilliant but what he lacks in defence is possibly more than made up for in attack.

The qick tap pen that led to the try was a perfect example of how he is a converted scrum half and as such multi faceted. He really is a handfull there is no doubt, it also does look like I am going to be made to eat my words, but time will tell.

Plus all the 6N matched except for bad technique when trying to tackle the Rogerie.

I think I'm going to have to be objective and throw Welsh emotion out of the window but Shane Williams is a *fupping* genius. 'Nuff said. I've no doubt Woodward thinks he's too good for his team and that why he won't play him. I can see his little heart throbbing now...

give it a go I reckon, his effervescence and pure bloody wizardry would be welcome compared to the current drab mediocrity.... sh1t or bust I reckon....

remember RWC Welsh 'lost causes'...v NZ.. this time we could win (the Welsh reps that is)...

Oddly enough last night I watched the Ireland Wales game from the six nations. Before it the BBC had a feature on Shane and the side step from a few ex internationals, Gerald Davies was one, Jonathon Davies another.

BBC Wales should send it to Clive.

Clive already knows how to sidestep, he does it in interviews all the time.

Nah he's fantastic at it. I mean, who would have seen it coming:

'I can see clearly why Wales won the Grand Slam'

'The things they say are amazing'

'They are the heart throb of the team'

And then, they're not in the team. I would never have seen it coming.
