Apart from 2000, he could hardly be considered a regular under Henry though!
<Andrew desperately trying to redeem himself for his earlier *fupp* up!! >

Williams is in good stead....
Martyn Williams was under used by Henry, Henson was dropped by him and wasnt looked at or used for years, he dropped Rhys Williams and publicly humiliated him but he seems to be doing ok in the Welsh squad, Hansen pissed a few good players off in his time too. The list of players could be quite big if I gave it more thought.
I am hoping he has a belter on Saturday, couldnt give two *fups* if he doesn't score, setting some up is fine.

What they don't mention is that in many of those caps he came on with 20 mins or so remaining, which makes his try scoring record look a lot better.

The SA score is a bit misleading as we scored just before the final whistle. With NZ we competed all the way from start to finish, and Charvis nullified McCaw

You can't under-estimate how much the win v England did for Welsh rugby, we needed to take the next step and that was it.

Seems like Ali Williams is living on borrowed time with the All Blacks then!

Williams relishes big challenge
Lions wing Shane Williams has insisted his diminutive frame will not be a weakness in Saturday's second Test.
At 5ft 8in and 12st 1lb, Williams is one of international rugby's smallest players, but has compensated with outstanding pace and running ability.
"Size has been a concern in the past, but look at Jason Robinson - he's not much bigger than me and look what he's done in his career," said Williams.
"I thrive on games like this. The bigger the game, the more I enjoy it."
Williams missed out on selection for the first Test drubbing and is part of a new-look Lions side to face the All Blacks in Wellington, a match the Lions must win if they are to keep their series hopes alive.
The 28-year-old scored five tries in the Lions' 109-6 demolition of Manawatu on Tuesday and has impressed all tour with his willingness to test defences.
"I am on a high at the moment," he said.
"It is a massive test of my ability, and I am going to be slightly nervous, but I think it is excitement rather than nerves. If I could play the game now, I would.
"I just want to go out there, and as long as I do a job I believe I can do and don't let myself down, I will be a very happy man.
"I have worked hard on this tour, and I didn't let my head drop when I was left out of the first Test.
"I've trained and played with a smile on my face. I've kept working and I have been given a chance, for which I am really grateful. I want to go out there and enjoy myself."
Williams, who has a strike-rate of 24 tries in 29 Tests for Wales, has had to struggle to establish himself at the elite end of international rugby.
He was taken to the 2003 World Cup as third-choice scrum-half, but remarkable performances against New Zealand and England saw him become an automatic pick on the left wing and part of Wales' Grand Slam side.
"Hopefully, I am an inspiration," he added.
"If players like me can get these six-footers down, tackle them and run around them, that's great.
"In New Zealand, they seem to have big players who are quick. But the likes of Jason Robinson and (France winger) Christophe Dominici have proved in the past that size doesn't matter."
