The Newport Gwent Dragons will be holding their annual ‘Meet The Players Day’ on Saturday, August 22 at Motorpoint, Newport, home of the region’s principal sponsor.

The event which opens at 10am will give supporters the chance to meet their favourite senior squad members including all of this seasons’ new signings, whilst enjoying a barbeque.

All proceeds will go to Cycle Challenge Wales. The team which includes several Dragons players and backroom staff recently completed a gruelling eight-day 500 mile cycle around Wales in aid of four nominated charities; Spring Valley Primary School, Nairobi; Wales Air Ambulance; Velindre Cancer Centre, Cardiff; Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice, North Wales.
